1. Discovery Call
NSA phone call where I hand out free strategy and insights like candy – because I like to help. No hard sells. My work sells itself to right-fit clients.
2. Proposal
If it’s a fit, we enter into a temporary partnership where my sole goal is to identify how to uplevel your business and then help you do it.
3. Strategy
I audit your biz and identify the needle-moving business activities. Based on those findings, we’ll do a series of working and strategy sessions.
4. Implementation
With the strategy crafted, it’s time to execute. I roll my sleeves up and work alongside you to build and test-drive the systems that are going to help your business scale.
5. Hand-Off
Once the systems are in place, I hand you the keys to a well-oiled machine. My goal is to make myself obsolete and serve you so well that you want to refer me out to all your favorite humans.
